Com estalviar aigua en casa.

-Dutxa't en lloc de banyarte; l'estalvi d'aigua és de fins a 80 litres cada vegada.
-Instal·la un cap de dutxa de flux reduït; pot suposar un estalvi de l'ordre del 50%
-Els nous models de cisternes de baix consum usen només 7'5 litres d'aigua, enfront dels 27 litres de les antigues.
-Si la teua cisterna és antiga, pots reduir-ne el volum introduint-hi algun objecte, amb això reduiràs la quantitat d'aigua que hi cap.
-En tot cas, evita buidar l'aigua de la cisterna del vàter sempre que siga possible, i no utilitzes el vàter com a paperera.
-No t'afaites amb l'aixeta oberta i, cuan et rentes les dents, utilitza un got d'aigua en lloc de tindrer l'aixeta oberta. `pots estalviar fins a 14 litres d'aigua.
-Si rentes els plats a mà, fes-ho amb un recipient ple d'aigua en lloc de tenir l'aixeta oberta; pots estalviar fins a 115 litres d'aigua cada vegada.

ROME.

This was my first visit to Rome. I went with a group of people from Javea. I went in November and it was a bit cold.

We travelled by plane from Valencia, and when we arrived at Rome airoport a bus picked up.

I visited many places such as the ''Trevi fountain'', ''the coliseum'', ''the place of Spain''... but what I liked most was the ''Trevi Fountain''.

It was an unforgettable experience. I liked   the variety of  ice-                                                      creams he had!

MARIO CASAS.

Mario Casas Sierra was born the 12^th of June 1986 in La Coruña.

Is first steps as an actor were in the world of adversitising, making adverflisment.. When he realized he really wanted to do it, he studied at the school of interpretation ''Cristina Rota''. He debuled in the film by Antonio Banderas, who gave him the opportunity to participate in the film. His biggest succes was thanks to is participation in the espanish TV series ''Los hombres de Paco''.

He has two brothers called Christian and Oscar, and a sister, Sheila. Now they live together in Madrid thanks to Mario's succes.
